This somewhat ugly building is easily recognizable as the business Skyler used to launder Walt’s drug money. In the show, it’s called the A1A Car Wash — apparently being first in the yellow pages was a big deal for Bogdan, because we all know how often you want to call a car wash. In real life, this used to be the Octopus Car Wash, which had a lot more kitsch than the name it received when a big car wash chain took over. Now, it’s “Mister” Car Wash. Bleh.

By the way, notice that one-way sign in this screen grab from Season 4, Episode 10. It’s worth noting that the car wash is located on an awkward corner, technically not on Menaul, but instead on Snow Heights Circle NE. If you’re headed west on Menaul, you’ll need to pass the car wash, then make a u-turn.
