The Olympic Ring trip is a 6 day loop, which begins and ends in Seattle.

Tall firs, rocky beaches, snow capped mountains, even a volcano: the Olympic Ring trip allows you to experience them all.

Beginning in Seattle, Washington, the trip first circles the Olympic Peninsula, with stops in Olympic National Park, Cape Flattery (the northwesternmost point in the continental U.S.), and several nearly untouched Pacific beaches.  Then, it travels south, crossing into Oregon, where waterfalls, deep gorges, and more beautiful beaches await.  Finally, the trip visits the year-round ski resort on Mount Hood, and the devastation around Mount St. Helens, before returning to Seattle.

2,000 steps are equal to roughly 1 mile, which means I walked 36 miles on this trip.
